Baguette francés bañado en salsa de guajillo frito. Relleno de pollo, carne molida o chorizo con papas y zanahoria frita, lechuga, tomates, cebolla, queso cotija, crema agria y chiles en vinagre. / French baguette smothered in guajillo sauce and pan fried. Filled with chicken or ground beef or chorizo, fried potatoes and carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cotija cheese, sour cream and a side of pickled jalapeños.
